When coming up with this design we decided to go with what represented jiminy something people would recognize, without using the actual character. The umbrella and hat are symbols of jiminy crikit something the disney generation can relate to which is the 14-35 year olds passing through that we are targeting with this project. Also when designing this we wanted to do a little bit of negative space so your eyes go directly to the umberella, and hat. We also liked the sunshine effect on the background giving the warmth affect which gives the feeling of comfort which is what represents this app the most i feel the feeling that you can be comforted. we liked the idea of having the icon look like he left his stuff around, we feel like that represents how you said in class that once you buy this app it'll disappear, but it'll still be around. thank you for a great semester this was one of my favorite all time classes i learned a lot.
